Let’s discuss what you envision for your wedding day experience. This is a time to share your ideas and plans with Stacey; she understands that every event is unique and distinctive. During your meeting, Stacey will show you her artistic custom designed albums and other presentation items such as canvas gallery wraps and custom framed metallic prints. For Stacey’s out-of-town/out-of-province/out-of-country couples, she offers phone or email consultations where you are able to ask as many questions as you please. Do you have a webcam? Video calls are available via Skype to meet and chat with Stacey face-to-face in the comfort of your home (or office if you are bored at work - LOL).
Personalized “She Said Yes” (Engagement) Session with Stacey
Let’s get to know one another! If you have opted for an engagement session, we’ll go to a location that’s meaningful to you, spend a couple of hours together creating stylish portraits, sassy images and capturing all those loveable moments. Be prepared to really get into the experience. Stacey wants to capture your unique personalities and the different aspects of your relationship – the fun, the romance and the rockin’ it out by “playing model”. Stacey loves getting to know her clients and on your wedding day, she’ll feel more like an old friend rather than “staff”! Many of Stacey’s clients opt for the ever-so-popular Guest Signing Book that features 20 of your favourite photos from your engagement session.
Personalized Wedding Day Coverage by Stacey
Stacey will personally document your wedding with her undivided attention to the details and unsurpassed moments that take place during your special day. She will balance stylish portraits with a “fly-on-the-wall” documentation to create the visual record of your day – subtly and unobtrusively. Unlimited images are captured during the day and Stacey will personally optimize your images with a mix of colour and black & white with a blend of fine art processing to select images for unique and creative effects.
Personalized Trash-the-Dress Session by Stacey (a.k.a. Fearless Bridal Session)
Stacey will jump for joy if you consider doing this session – it is one of her specialties! Couples opt for this session a day or two after their wedding day. You do not need to have a destination wedding to do a T.T.D. session - these can be done in any pond or lake right here in Canada!
Your Personal Online Proofing Gallery with Secure Ordering
Images are usually online 10-12 weeks after your wedding day for viewing and secure ordering with Pictage.com. Your wedding day images remain online for 90 days with the option to extend the expiration date. Online proofing is an easy way to share your images with family and friends - they may view and order prints and/or coffee table books securely online (from the comfort of their own home) which are shipped directly to their door! Your Proof Catalogue
If your wedding collection includes a hardback proof catalogue, you may expect delivery 4-6 weeks after you receive your online proofs.
Your Customized Album and Personalized Design
Wedding albums are your first family heirloom that will be passed down to the generations yet to come. If you have decided to purchase an album, you may choose your favourite images for your book. After you submit your selections, you may expect to receive the online proof of the design within 4-6 weeks for your approval. Once you have approved your design, your complete album will arrive to your door within 8-10 weeks. If you would like to send an electronic copy and/or hard copy of your wedding invitation to Stacey so that it may be incorporated into the design of your book, please do so! This adds a personalized touch to your book and retains the theme of your wedding day. Payment plans are available for wedding albums.
