My first boudoir shoot!
Boudoir sessions are back. They were quite popular in the 80’s, died off for the 90’s and now almost 20 years later, they are back and more popular than ever! (And much more tasteful IMHO).
The session below wraps up my journey with Jenn and Yuron (see my old blog).
Who: Jennifer (and Molly)
What: Boudoir Session
When: May 2008
Where: Jennifer, Yuron (and Molly’s) House
Slideshow with Music: http://www.staceywight.tv/boudoir/

For many of the photos, I basically used all natural window light.

That’s Molly on the left. Jenn’s ragdoll cat! Sooooo fluffy and cute! I had never seen one of these in real life before - only in calendar’s.

If I was a thief, I definitely would have cat-napped little miss Molly.

I’ve also added a Boudoir Gallery section to my website - you may view it here.
We recently finished designing Jenn and Yuron’s 11.5×12 magazine style coffee table book. Their 30page/60side wedding book tells the entire story of their destination wedding experience at the Majestic Colonial Resort, Punta Cana, D.R. including their Trash-the-Dress Session.
Here are a few of my fav layouts. I just LOVE how colourful and vibrant this book is! You can view the entire book design here.

Book Cover - front cover is on the right, back cover is on the left.

This is the official blog post for Katie and Pat.
I had the privilege of flying to Thunder Bay to photograph Katie and Pat’s At-Home Reception in April. They were married in the Dominican Republic back in January and held a gathering back home for friends and family that did not attend their wedding down south. After the reception, Katie, Pat and I travelled around TB to do some photos of the two of them in their hometown! It was cold, but very Thunder Bayish.
It was fun for me to see a different part of Ontario. Oddly, it only takes 30 minutes more to fly to PEI from Toronto as it does to fly to Thunder Bay from Toronto. Strange but very true! An interesting tidbit of information.
Who: Katie and Pat

A nice tropical theme.

Stunning details.

I took photos of Katie and Pat’s actual album - you may view them here.
Jenn and Jimmy’s Custom Designed Magazine Style Coffee Table Book just went off to the printers last week.
We designed a 11.5×12 20page/40side book for them from their destination wedding experience in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic at the Majestic Colonial Resort. I can’t wait to see this book in print!
Here are a few of my favourite page spreads. You may view the entire book design here.

No, we didn’t spell Jimmy’s name wrong. His “real” name is James, but goes by Jimmy. No worries.
The front cover is on the RIGHT, the back cover is on the left.

At 7:30am, the morning after Jenn and Jimmy’s wedding, we did their Trash-the-Dress Session. I had a plane to catch later that day so sunrise was our only option. Our session was rather conservative and for a very good reason: Jimmy’s nice kilt would have been eaten alive by the salt water, so we did not think it was worth it to have that happen.

KILLER engagement ring!

We used this image for the front cover of Jenn and Jimmy’s coffee table book. I will post the page design’s of their book in the near distant future.

KILLER wedding dress.

One of my personal favs.

Can’t decide between the colour and black/white - so here are both.
