I finally had the privilege of meeting with Vanessa and Ryan last month for their engagement session. I had only corresponded with Vanessa via phone and email as they were living in Alberta and moved to Ontario recently. I look forward to photographing their wedding day in the Muskoka next month!

We got together in downtown Barrie. Oddly enough, I have never ever photographed anything in Barrie. I don’t even think I have ever been in downtown Barrie before. I love the challenge of photographing in completely unfamiliar places as it forces you to think outside the box and try new things. It was definitely a great location with ample variety - I LOVED the results!

When I first saw this building I said to myself: “Bingo….perfect!!”.
