Just guess!

Keep scrolling…..

Yes - it’s Jessica and Adrian.  They were married on August 5, 2007 at the Cranberry Resort in Collingwood and are expecting a baby girl this coming September.  I was thrilled when they asked me to do their maternity session and I will look forward to photographing their Little Miss in September shortly after she enters the world.

This is sneak preview from the Maternity Session I did with them on Tuesday. I will be sharing more images later.

For a flash back with Jessica and Adrian:

Back in January, I met with Jami and Ryan for a “Winter Wonderland Photo Session” together! I have the extreme pleasure of photographing their wedding day on September 12 of this year (which is by far one of the most requested dates for 2009 - I’ve received a plethora of inquiries for 09.12 and am still receiving them!).

Jami and Ryan requested to do a “trial run” photo session before their engagement session so they knew what to expect for their engagement session - what a great idea! We met at McGowan Falls in Durham on a chilly January day for a 1 hour session. Jami and Ryan definitely did a great job at enduring the cold. (For me, my jaw was literally very frozen at the end of the session and I could barely speak).

Here are some of the photos from our session together.  I am looking forward to meeting with Jami and Ryan again next month for their official engagement session!

Loved Jami’s hat. Very “Gap-ish”.

Awe!

Jami will be a lovely September bride.

And Ryan will be a fantastic September groom. I think Ryan looks like a Private Investigator here.

J & R put on their snow gear for some Snow Angels.

A mini snowball fight.

A very happy couple!

Stay tuned for their official E-Session next month!

Back in December I got together with Nancy and her younger sister Meredith for some…..Sister Portraits! We did a one hour photo shoot during an absolutely freezing cold day (like minus 30 Celsius with the wind chill), but N and M were troopers and survived the hour without perishing.

Nancy and Meredith wanted unique portrait prints to give to their family as Christmas gifts - here are just a few from the session:

“Anytime Sessions” are always a great gift to family members on any occasion!

Back in August, my cousin Lauretta and her husband Dave along with their 2 children Rachael and Joshua came to my house for a Lifestyle Family Portrait Session! To be honest, it was kind of strange doing a photo session at your own living quarters - but it worked!

It was quite tough getting ONE photo of everyone smiling for the camera. Rachael was having an “interesting” day. LOL. So for the rest of the session, we pretty much had to break off into groups of 2 or less. But that is quite alright because that is what Lifestyle Portrait Sessions are all about!

This is one of my favourites of Rachael. She very carefully placed her Curious George stuffed toy into the grass and then lay down beside him - too cute.

My outdoor cats were no where to be seen after they saw a minivan with 2 kids pull into the driveway - LOL. This was the only cat Joshua saw during our 3 hour session - my indoor cat Abby.

One of Lauretta’s favourites.

Rachael “catching a surprise”.

I loved this photo of Dave, Joshua and the banana.

This image would make a fabulous 24×30 Canvas Gallery Wrap over a couch or fireplace - hint, hint!

Joshua biting Rachael’s finger.

I am certainly looking forward to doing more of these sessions!
